BERRY Description On January 27, 2010, Division of Administrative Hearings Administrative Law Judge Daniel M. Kilbride entered a Recommended Order recommending that the Board enter a final order "terminating the employment of Respondent from the date Respondent was placed on unpaid leave of absence."  The date Mr. Berry was placed on unpaid leave of absence is August 17, 2009.  Neither party has filed any exceptions to the recommended order. Recommendation That the School Board enter a Final Order adopting the Recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge in DOAH Case Number 09-3557, terminating the employment of Brian Berry effective August 17, 2009."
